Athlete Wellness Academy is a body awareness and development program. They approach a arm swing with far more than a technical adjustment. It's a skill shaped by three interconnected pillars; Physical, Technical, and Mental. They break it down and make your swing faster and stronger.
Meet Neall Murphy, you head coach for our Arm Swing Academy!! Coach Murphy played 10 years of volleyball, this included Club, Team Alberta, College, and now she's a coach who is happy to share the love of this amazing sport and how to stay healthy and keep our body healthy while playing.
