We have a few rules that you should know about before entering our facility.

• No outside food allowed

• While using the fitness area, please be respectful of others and wipe down all equipment that you have used

• Please remove all outdoor footwear before entering our sports area - please use shoe racks on the wall

• Only water allowed in the sports area

• Use of all equipment is at your own risk

• We supply volleyballs for all bookings, if you bring your own volleyballs to use in our facility, please be aware you are using them at your own risk
   

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Bookings 30+ days in advance - we require 30 day written notice for cancellation for a refund

Bookings 15-29 days in advance - we require 10 day written notice for cancellation for a refund

Bookings 7-14 days in advance - we require 5 day written notice for cancellation for a refund

Any bookings under 7 days, no refunds will be given
 

ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING.  IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED IN FULL, YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELED.
