We have a few rules that you should know about before entering our facility.

• No outside food allowed

• While using the fitness area, please be respectful of others and wipe down all equipment that you have used

• Please remove all outdoor footwear before entering our sports area - please use shoe racks on the wall

• Only water allowed in the sports area

• Use of all equipment is at your own risk

• We supply volleyballs for all bookings, if you bring your own volleyballs to use in our facility, please be aware you are using them at your own risk
   

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

• Cancellations within 72 hours of the booking time are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.

• Cancellations within 72 hours – 7 days in advance are not eligible for refunds but can receive full credit to be used within 1 month of the original booking date.

• Cancellations within 7 days – 14 days are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit to be used within 2 months of the original booking date.

• Cancellations within 14+ days are eligible for a full refund minus an admin fee or a full credit to be used within 2 months of the original booking date.

ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING.  IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED IN FULL, YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELED.

We do not guarantee specific court numbers for rentals. Court numbers are requested at the time of booking and we will do our best to provide that court, but due to operational factors we may need to move courts around. Please check at front desk upon arrival to confirm.
