FACILITY RULES 

Thank you for booking with ACE Athletic Centre. We look forward to welcoming you to our facility. 

• No outside food is permitted. 

• Please be respectful of others while using the fitness area and wipe down any equipment after use. 

• Please remove outdoor footwear before entering the sports area and use the shoe racks provided on the wall. 

• Only water is permitted in the sports area. 

• Gum is not allowed in the court area and must be thrown out before participation.  

• Use of facility equipment is at your own risk. Please use equipment only as intended and report any damaged equipment to staff as soon as possible. 

• ACE ATHLETIC CENTRE supplies volleyballs for bookings. If you choose to bring and use your own volleyballs in the facility, you do so at your own risk. 

• Please ask for assistance; only AAC staff are allowed to set up, modify or adjust equipment.  

• Users under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

Cancellation timelines are calculated from the scheduled start time of the booking. 

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking time are not eligible for refunds. Credits and rescheduling may be offered at ACE Athletic Centre’s discretion. 

• Cancellations made 72 hours to 7 days before the booking time are not eligible for refunds but may receive a full credit to be used within 1 month of the original booking date. 

• Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the booking time are eligible for either a 50% refund or a full credit to be used within 2 months of the original booking date. 

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking time are eligible for a full refund minus the applicable admin fee or a full credit to be used within 2 months of the original booking date. 

  

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• All bookings must be paid in full before the booking time. If full payment is not received, ACE Athletic Centre may cancel the booking. 

• Approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment where possible. 

• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. 

• If ACE Athletic Centre cancels or is unable to provide a confirmed booking, customers will be offered a rescheduled booking, credit, or refund, as applicable. 

 

COURT ASSIGNMENTS:

• Specific court numbers are not guaranteed for rentals.  

• Court numbers may be requested at the time of booking, and ACE Athletic Centre will do its best to accommodate requests; however, operational needs may require court assignments to change.  

• Please check with the front desk upon arrival to confirm your assigned court.
